One thing you’ll notice; much revolves around coffee! That’s because to me, good coffee makes fasting much easier and more enjoyable.

This is my current coffee maker! I love that I can make an entire pot or a single cup. Also, it’s programmable so at 6:30 am when I stumble downstairs it’s already brewing! woot!
This a true favorite on my coffee bar! I can grind beans freshly. I don’t need to add beans each time either. This particular grinder has multiple settings from extra fine to course, depending on what you’re making! Gift this with some delicious whole beans and it’s an amazing gift!!
This may seem ridiculous at first glance, but I swear…. it’s not. I FREEZE, especially in the winter, as a faster. I love to wear this exact blanket hoodie. It has a pocket, soft lining and a hood. COMFORT to the max!!
We have a soda stream, where you can make your own sparkling water. You can flavor it or not… (obviously the choice for fasting times is unflavored). Even though we have this, I use store bought most often for ease…. but I know many fasters love this! I probably need to play with ours more.
I don’t know why, maybe because I am simple, but I LOVE having everyday items in fancy cups. These cups are so pretty, have a lid and a gorgeous spoon. Great for use in fasting and in eating windows. So pretty… and sometimes getting a frivolous item is fun as a gift.
Truly, this is one of my favorite purchases this year. The Toddy XL is amazing. It’s my daily cup… ice water, iced tea, iced coffee or even hot coffee. I often get drinks to-go from Panera and this is the cup I use. It keeps cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot! Plus the lid is amazing and is truly leak-proof (unless you pop the stopper off like me to use a straw lol). Also, the handle and narrow bottom make it the perfect travel mug to fit in cars cup holders and to take on the go.
This had to make the list! I LOVE this book and it’s my first recommendation to anyone starting their journey with intermittent fasting. It was the catalyst to my success and I will forever love this text. READ IT, GIFT IT, GET IT 🙂
This is another book that I think is a great addition to an Intermittent Faster’s library. It discusses appetite and hot to correct it. I believe it gives much hope to those adjusting. If someone in your life is struggling (& wanting assistance/guidance) this could give wonderful & hope filled guidance.
I KNOW this is a gift idea with a big price tag… but I will be honest I absolutely LOVE my apple watch. The Zero Fasting App is on the home screen and I can also see steps for the day. I love the access it provides (texts, podcasts, calls) without carrying my phone with me the entire time!
I love our electric kettle, too! Often, I use it to make iced tea concentrate, which is a great way to get a new beverage other than my go-to drinks coffee and water. Also, if you like plain hot water to drink, you could use it for that, too. Even beyond fasting, I really do love having a kettle in the kitchen for recipes that call for boiling water, hot chocolate, etc!

I am putting these pistachios and pepitas together because that’s my favorite way to eat them. Together. I love all pistachios, but Salt & Pepper has been a recent front runner. All Wonderful Pistachios are… well WONDERFUL!
These you can have in your fasting windows. I consider them a “treat” mainly reserved for down days. I would drink them much more frequently if they were cheap. But my budget says “NO!” so they’re a great treat and would make a wonderful gift!

I love these ideas! I got hooked on topo Chico because of you!! That coffee maker looks awesome, and I think I need that book about appetite correction— anything in there besides the fact that fasting corrects it over time? Forwarding this to my hubby.
Also- do you know anything to use it anywhere (easier than a doc appt) to test fasted INSULIN??
