If you love food, fun, and the people you share it with… we’re already off to a good start.
I’ve always documented life… taking my camera everywhere—capturing ordinary Tuesdays, fun with friends and life’s biggest moments—because I never wanted to miss how it felt.
Not much has changed. Now I make food videos instead of photo albums, and I get to connect with people all over the world through the simple joy of sharing real life.
That still feels like the biggest gift.
Food has always been a joy to me.
I love cooking for my family. I love flavors. I love experimenting.
But let me be honest—if given the choice, I will always pick going out to eat. It’s supreme. The experience, the fun, the no dishes, sitting with people you love and just enjoying it.
My favorite food?
Soup. Always soup. Cozy, forgiving, nourishing. I could happily live in soup season forever.
My favorite grocery store is ALDI. I appreciate them all—but ALDI is my home base. The treasure-hunt finds, the seasonal surprises, the turning an ALDI-aisle-find into-dinner magic… It lights me up.
I also practice intermittent fasting—most often one meal a day (OMAD). Not because I love rules, but because I was exhausted by dieting. Fasting gives me peace around food. Structure without obsession. Results without burnout.
During my eating window, I live by a simple principle:
Eat what you want, add what you need.
I focus on good additions—not restrictions.
You don’t have to fast to be here. But I won’t hide that I do. It’s part of my story.
My favorite physical activity is walking. Simple. Steady. Sustainable. The same way I approach food. It’s the only form of exercise I do on a very regular basis!
And one quote has guided me for years:
“Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you’ve imagined.” — Henry David Thoreau
I’m doing that now. Sharing food. Sharing life. Connecting with you.
If you’re here because you love food, take joy in feeding your family, enjoy grocery adventures, or you’re just tired of starting over… I’m really glad you found me.
Cheers to a joyful life.
