Welcome back to my weekly meal plan roundup! If you love food, meal planning, and exploring new flavors, you’re in the right place. As someone who practices One Meal a Day (OMAD) intermittent fasting, I focus on creating meals that are satisfying, full of variety, and something to look forward to every day.
This week’s plan is extra special because we’re heading out on a baseball road trip! We’re off to see the Milwaukee Brewers take on the LA Dodgers—a trip that brings back memories of our honeymoon and my 30th birthday. Matt is a big Brewers fan, and the stadium experience never disappoints. Our first two meals this week will be eaten at the ballpark (yum!), and then we’re back home with a lineup of flavorful, easy, and fun meals. I can’t wait to share them with you!
This Week’s Meals
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s on the menu this week:
Monday:
Ballpark Dinner – We’ve got special seats right behind the bullpen with access to the stadium restaurant. I’ll be soaking in the game-day energy and enjoying whatever sounds best in the moment. This is going to be one of those perfect OMAD nights.
Tuesday:
Ballpark Dinner – Round two! More stadium bites and ballpark vibes. I love the freedom of OMAD on the road—pick what you love and enjoy it fully.
Wednesday:
Instant Pot Ziti and leftover salads from last week. Easy, hearty, and comforting.
Thursday:
Spicy Cucumber and Edamame Salad + Crunchwraps loaded with your favorite toppings: tomatoes, queso, shredded cheese, lettuce, pico, guac, sour cream, black olives, hot sauce, taco meat and more.

Friday:
Chicken Shawarmas – one of our absolute favorite meals. This full recipe video walks you through how I make the whole thing.
Saturday:
Shawarma night, part two! Leftovers never tasted so good.
Sunday:
Carryout pizza (most likely Hungry Howie’s because that crust is unbeatable) and salads using any leftover edamame or a simple garden mix.
Where I Shop
I kick off each week with my Monday ALDI shopping trip, where I find incredible deals on staples and seasonal items. ALDI is my go-to for most of my groceries, but I also shop at Walmart, Costco, Trader Joe’s, and occasionally use subscription food companies to mix things up. The variety helps keep my meals exciting and fresh.
