Far too long I have yo-yo dieted. Eventually, on whatever diet, I would lose the weight… Ultimately I would end up saying screw it to dieting, it wasn’t worth not enjoying the foods I ate daily. Inevitably, the weight would return and once again I wouldn’t feel good in my skin. Which led me to start the diet cycle all over again!
This vicious cycle ended when I became an intermittent faster. I found a balance of enjoying food daily & pursuing health.
