Here are the questions I am asked all the time!!
Question: Do I work out?
Answer: No, I don’t work out in any organized fashion. Especially while losing a majority of my weight from June 2020-December 2020. In 2021 I tracked walking (at an enjoyable leisurely pace) 500 miles. I’ve always enjoyed walking when I can, but I don’t believe it contributed to weight loss. (I enjoyed walking even at my heaviest weights)
Question: Do I track calories?
Answer: Not at all, unless it’s a “down day” when I eat no more than 500 calories.
Question: Do I drink alcohol in my eating windows?
Answer: Yes, if I want a drink I do. For instance a margarita with dinner at a Mexican restaurant. However, I am an infrequent drinker.
Question: What is my fasting schedule?
Answer: My schedule varies. However, I maintain a minimum 18 hour fast in between eating windows. I give a greater explanation on my perfect schedule here.
Question: Do I weigh daily?
Answer: While losing weight I did. However, I don’t anymore while maintaining my weight loss. I don’t want regular fluctuations to steal my joy!
