Birthday Week Meal Plan for OMAD Lovers
Welcome back to my weekly meal plan roundup! This week is extra special in our house because itās Elsieās birthday week! š Between celebrating with family, having a couple of her friends spend the night, and squeezing in some comfort food favorites, this weekās meals are full of flavor and fun.
As always, I plan my meals with the OMAD lifestyle in mindāfocusing on one delicious, satisfying meal each day that I truly look forward to. I love creating variety, keeping things easy, and making sure special occasions still feel, well⦠special!

š„£ This Weekās Meals
Hereās whatās on our menu:
Monday:
Leftover soups from Sunday! We had two soups going: hearty Beer Cheese Soup and a comforting vegetable soup.
Vegetable Soup Ingredients:
- Frozen California Blend
- Frozen Mixed Veggies
- Can of Diced Tomatoes (28 oz)
- 1 Carton Beef Stock (or vegetable)
- 2 cans Tomato Sauce
- Italian Seasoning (1 tbsp +/-)
- Salt (1 tsp +/-)
- Pepper (2 tsp +/-)
- Garlic Powder (1 tsp +/-)
- Onion Powder (1 tsp +/-)
- Minced Onion (2 tsp +/-)
Combine everything and let it slow cook for 7ā9 hours. Itās so easy to prep the night before and start in the morningāperfect for busy days! Serve with homemade crusty bread or pretzels.
Tuesday:
Walking Tacos! No formal recipe needed hereāitās a build-your-own taco bowl or salad using this taco meat recipe, black beans, corn chips, salsa, salsa con queso, and shredded Mexican cheese. Always a hit!
Wednesday:
Breakfast for dinner night! French Toast Sticks, crispy Breakfast Potatoes, bacon, and eggs on the side. Comfort food at its finest.
Thursday:
A cozy night in with Annieās White Mac and Cheese, Bean Salad, and roasted carrots. Simple, colorful, and satisfying!Ā You might be able to guess, but Kel requested Mac and Cheese.
Friday:
š Elsieās Birthday!
She gets to choose dinner, and weāre topping it off with a Samās Club chocolate cake with whipped icing (our favorite!).
Saturday:
Pizza party night! š Elsieās having two friends sleep over, so weāre ordering pizza and making a big salad to go with it.
Sunday:
Mattās firing up the Blackstone for juicy cheeseburgers, and weāre serving them with waffle friesāan ALDI Find Iām loving right now! š§š Perfect crispy companion to those burgers!
š Where I Shop
Most of my ingredients come from ALDIāitās my favorite place to stock up and find weekly deals. I usually round things out at Meijer, and I like to pop into Costco, Samās Club, Target, and Trader Joeās for specific finds or fun extras.
