I have something new to share—and I am so excited!
I re-launched this website (which you can probably see as you’re reading this!)
And before you wonder… no, this isn’t me stepping away from YouTube. Not even a little bit.
I still love creating videos – it’s my favorite! I love bringing you along into ALDI, sharing what I eat, chatting through real life in a way that feels like we’re just hanging out. That’s not changing.
But there’s always been this in-between space…
The space where “how I shop” and “how I eat” actually overlap.
Because in real life? Those two things are completely connected for me.
The missing middle
On Intermittent Fasting Foodie, I’m talking about how I eat—the joy of OMAD, the freedom, the mindset.
On Grocery Addict, I’m deep in what I’m buying—the finds, the fun, the excitement of the store.
And I love having those lanes. They each have their own energy, their own purpose. And it makes sense to keep them distinct on YouTube because not all fasters shop at ALDI, and most ALDI shoppers don’t do Intermittent Fasting!
But for me they don’t actually live separate lives.
The groceries I get excited about?
They show up in my eating window.
The way I eat?
It absolutely influences how I shop.
And I’ve been wanting a space where I don’t have any pressure to separate those conversations.
That’s what this website is
This isn’t a replacement for YouTube.
It’s the place that fills in the gaps between videos.
It’s where I can:
- Connect the dots between a grocery haul and an OMAD (One Meal a Day)
- Share quick finds or thoughts that don’t need a full video
- Talk through ideas a little more freely, a little more often
- Blend both sides of my world in a way that actually reflects real life
- Capture travel/experiences that may not fit into a video on either channel
Think of it like the conversation that happens after the video ends.
A home base for everything (including brands + links)
This was also really important to me…
I wanted one clear place where everything lives—especially as I continue working with brands and sharing products I genuinely love.
If you’ve ever tried to track down a link from a video or a story… you know it can get a little scattered.
This aims to fix that.
Now I have a space where I can:
- Share my favorite finds and go-to products in one spot
- Keep my affiliate links organized and easy for you to accessÂ
- Partner with brands in a way that feels cohesive and true to all parts of what I do
And just so you know—when you shop through those links, it’s a really simple (and free) way to support what I create here. It genuinely makes a difference, and I’m always so grateful.
A space that feels more complete
I also wanted a place that really shows the full picture of who I am.
Not just one channel or the other—but the combination of both.
Because my whole thing has always been:
enjoy your food, enjoy your life, and don’t overcomplicate it.
This space lets me say that in more ways, more often.
And honestly? It just feels more complete.
The women who helped bring it to life
I have to shout out two amazing women who made this whole thing happen.
Kim Kopec of Kalamazoo Web Design took everything in my head and turned it into something real. She made it feel colorful & fun but also clean & cohesive, and so me.

And Melissa Hohler of Hohler Photography captured the photos for the site—and somehow made me look like myself on my best day. Natural, warm, and not overdone. Â

Getting to work with women on this project made it even more special. If you’re local – hit these women up if you’re ever in need!
What you can expect here
This is just an extension of everything you already know and love.
Same me & Same joy.
Just more space to share it.

You’ll still get the videos, hauls, meals.
And now—you’ll also get the in-between & I’m so glad you’re here for it.
