Fasting Summary – with an ERROR

You may have learned by now, Ilove the record keeping involved with tracking fasts.  While I don’t pay much attention day-to-day, I do like the overall summary and glimpses.  I can give people a rough idea of how I implement fasting when I share my times.  So, I enjoy receiving the weekly summary (and now sharing with you!)

Imagine my displeasure when this week’s summary showed 6 fasts instead of 7!  UGH I hadn’t properly closed a fast and it messed up all my hours.  SO my summary was wrong… but thankfully, I had video record of me opening and closing my window and I was able to manually adjust it.  Bottom line – summary is wrong this week 🙁 BUT the daily log of opening and closing is correct!

While the summary wasn’t accurate, it was correct that my longest fast was 24 hours and 52 minutes.  My total hours were just shy of 159 hours (adding up the fasts showed below)

Additionally, I did meet my 18 hour goal each day.  This was a very busy week and most of my fasts were long with short eating windows.  Saturday’s video will highlight what I ate each day.  Once it’s posted, I will link it here.

SIDE NOTE – I love that in zero if there is an error or you’re disconnected from technology, you’re able to add in and edit fasts.  WOOT

My favorite meal of the week was on my up day – July 07.  Matt and I got a date (ALWAYS A FAVORITE) and we went to chili’s because we had coupons!  The meal was delicious.  Truly, what’s more freeing than going to dinner with your love & enjoying what you want.  No guilt – eat and enjoy!

Be sure to check out other weeks if you’re new here.  I highlight these to share flexibility and demonstrate that I don’t do the same fast nor eating window on a day to day basis.
