🎃 Halloween Week Meal Plan: Fun, Festive, and Delicious OMAD Ideas

Welcome back to my weekly meal plan roundup! This week is extra special — it’s Halloween week! Between trunk-or-treats, costumes, and candy galore, there’s a lot to prepare for… and of course, that always includes food (even if it looks like intestines ????).

As always, I’m creating meals that fit my One Meal a Day (OMAD) intermittent fasting lifestyle — satisfying, flavorful, and something to truly look forward to. This week’s plan mixes comfort food, spooky fun, and a few easy nights out.

If you’d like to see what I picked up for this week’s meals (including all the Halloween goodies!), check out my Halloween Grocery Haul video here on Grocery Addict!

🥘 This Week’s Meals

Here’s what’s on the menu this week:

Monday:
Leftover soup from Sunday (Old Fashioned Noodle Soup) and Mila’s Chickpea Noodle Soup (hers is from a cookbook, but this is a similar recipe).

Tuesday:
Out to eat — busy night with teens heading in different directions!

Wednesday:
Pan-Fried Thin Chicken Breasts with Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole — I’m modifying the recipe a bit by using one bag of cauliflower rice and one bag of broccoli instead of the measured amount in the recipe.

Thursday:
Spicy Rigatoni with warm Italian bread. A cozy dinner before the weekend madness begins!

Friday (Halloween Night!):
Nacho night — build-your-own snack bar buffet! We’ll have:Person pouring blended beans from a blender into a bowl, with tortilla chips bag and blender base nearby.

Saturday:
Chicken Gravy over Mashed Potatoes with steamed peas and Italian bread — total comfort food after a fun week!

Sunday:
Leftovers — the best way to rest and reset after all the Halloween festivities.

🛒  Where I Shop

My go-to store is ALDI, where I find most of my weekly staples and seasonal goodies. I round things out with a quick trip to Meijer, and occasionally stop by Costco, Sam’s Club, Target, or Trader Joe’s for favorites or new finds.

 Recipes & Inspiration

Many of my meal ideas come from recipes I’ve saved on my Pinterest page, Intermittent Fasting Foodie — it’s a great place to browse if you’re looking for easy, delicious inspiration for your own OMAD meals!
