Welcome back to my weekly meal plan roundup! š This week feels extra special because weāre celebrating Mattās birthday on Monday. Around here, birthdays mean the birthday boy gets to pick dinnerāand of course, thereās cake (from Meijer) and his favorite vanilla ice cream. The rest of the week is filled with cozy comfort foods, from warm waffles to cheesy soups, perfect for this season. As always, I build my meal plans with OMAD in mind, so every meal is satisfying, balanced, and worth the wait.
If you love food, meal planning, and exploring new flavors without ādieting rules,ā youāre in the right place!
